A partner-delivered service

Bond origination

Secure your home loan and save thousands. Our trusted bond originators do the negotiating, at no cost to you, so you get the best deal without the stress.

A bond originator submits your application to every major bank at once and negotiates the best rate on your behalf, at no cost to you. Because the banks compete, you typically secure a better rate than going to one bank direct.

Our trusted originators have helped most of our clients across South Africa with their financing, R500 million and counting. Using an originator who understands financing inside a trust is a straightforward win, and when you become a client you get full access to this service.

They are home-loan application experts with a 90+% success rate, achieve an average lending rate below prime for our clients, and simplify the whole process, handling the hurdles, the delays and the paperwork for you.

It runs alongside your conveyancing, so the two move together from accepted offer to registration.

How it works

Three steps to approval.

01

Pre-qualification

Pre-approval lets you choose the best offer from any bank, not just your own. Our partners work out what you qualify for and get you pre-approved.

02

Documentation

A credit check follows. You supply three months' bank statements and pay slips, proof of identification and proof of address.

03

Feedback

Your part is done. The partner comes back to you with feedback on your application, usually within four working days.

Property investing is about cash flow, so a 30-year bond usually wins. The lower monthly payment improves your cash flow, which lets you own more properties, and it gives you ten extra years to refinance.

For a responsible investor, yes. The capital you free up can strengthen the cash reserves in your existing portfolio, or fund your next property by covering transfer fees, bond registration costs and any deposit.

Very. A better credit score means a better loan and better terms. It is one of the most important levers you have as a property investor.

Hold a few credit cards or retail accounts, do not max them out, and pay them diligently every month. Financing is still possible with a poor score, but a good one improves your chances and your terms.

Yes. Banks are now willing to finance up to 100% of a solar installation.
